Default D-LINK DVG-1402S

Im stumped. Im trying to be able to use my broadvoice account that im paying for with my unlocked D-link 1402s I got from SIPPhones. It worked out of the box with SIPPhone firmware installed already, but i signed up with broadvoice, and changed the config settings to match broadvoice and now.... nothing. I have a dial tone and can call out but just get busy signals. Im sure somethings set wrong in my d-link configuration but i have no idea what the settings should be. I have the broadvoice config settings on my account info page but nothing really matches up with the d-link options on the config page. If i could get remote access to the box then i could get help but i see no remote access options on the d-link page.
The only set-up info d-link provides is very sketchy and lacking any real help... ie plug this in, hook that up, etc.
Also Broadvoice is asking where i enter my user name and pass to even have their service to begin with and to be honest ive never actually entered a name or pass anywhere in the setup. .. and dont see anything that asks for it there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

You will need to get into the Advanced menu to configure the SIP portion of the router.

Default box is unlcked

d-link is not a lingo...have no problem accessing advance settings...just dont know what they are. After fiddling around with it for a while managed to get it to work on any number that actually rings... however, if a number i dial has anything but a standard ring (ie. answering machine comes on, or in some cases international numbers have a tone instead of a ring) then my phone kicks over to a busy signal. It will ring say 4 times and when that machine picks up it clicks over and starts the busy signal. If i could get around that i would be good to go....
Any advice or help from anyone would be great...

Check the CODEC selections and be sure they are compatible with your provider. Set the provider recommended codecs to be first priority and try to diable the rest.

ALso, check the dial plan. I dont know about the dial plan strings or CODEC settings in the dlink but make sure it is not inhibiting your ability to dial what you need to dial, and connecting with the codec that your provider supports
