Default Cisco XML

Does anyone have any information on using xml on the Cisco 7960 IP phones (Services button, Dirctory button, etc)? I know that I need to modify the SipDefault.cnf file to point to where these files reside, I just can't seem to figure out how to get the phones to read the files. I am not using Cisco Call Mager, I am using a Broadsoft platform. I can't find any good examples on how to implement these features on the phones. Thanks

Default RE: Cisco XML

Hi Bigt69,

here is a link about Cisco XML-services:
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asteri...X+XML+Services
there you will find an example for a directory. so you can create your own directory file, save it on the web and set the link in sipxxxxxxxxx.cnf

a project for a free xml-directory is there:
http://web.csma.biz/apps/xml_xmldir.php
this one I use to point my Cisco 7940 services there and I can search my phonebook there and have some other services
for question on this, please contact me
