 Can't access username/password on SPA-2100 device We recently set up service with "Zingotel" - a Florida based provider for VOIP services. We are going to use Counterpath's X-Lite (if we can ever get it to work) for the most part but also want to hook two of our lines in from our exisiting legacy PBX. We received a SPA-2100 (unit is a Suparo) from ZIngotel. It came with some documentation on how to configure it - nbut when I attempt to access the device I am asked for a username and password. The documentation does not state what it is! Does anyone know what the default username and passwrod would be for this device by any chance?? I also tried the username/password combination that Zingotel gave us for our service, but that also did not work. Any help would be great!!! Thanks, Brad     |

| Re: Can't access username/password on SPA-2100 device SPA2100 ships without any username or password. Often service providers lock the device down to prevent user changes. Contact Zingotel and ask them for the username/password |
