Default Audiocodes MP-114:Incoming FXO call gets dial tone and not forwarding to proxy

I 'm trying to set-up my MP-1142FXS2FXO as a FXS and FXO gateway for an Asterisk server. I've finally succeded in getting the MP-114 to dial out over PSTN when a call is forwarded from Asterisk. But I can't get the MP-114 to forward PSTN calls to FXO. When I call from PSTN to an FXO port I just get a dial tone, at which anything I dial is then forwarded to Asterisk.

Can anyone help me?

I see this in the syslogd output from the MP-114:
