Default Area Code - Prefix Database

I have an application that uses a Microsoft Access database to provide the location of an incoming call based on the CID which is over 3 years old. Does anyone know of a source to either update or replace this data to get the current exchange locations? Below is a sample of the database record.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Area Code: 201
Exchange: 200
City: Jersey City
State: NJ
Zip: 07666
