| First sorry for the crosspost, i´m a new user.. Second thanks for reply and yes I mean the DVG-2100S that looks so simple phone adapter device. I config by the Wizard firmaware that only ask common infos about my account, same that i use on X-lite softphone, but line is always busy, The wizard conf panel is as below: Sip Server: Phone Number - my number Server address - sip.broadvoice.com Authentication Username-my phone number again? Password - my password Retype Password - my password When i leave Server Address empty i got a line but not complete the linking after call for some one and line is also buzy. I´m also use in my office in another city a Broadvoice Sipura 2100 for the same phone number, and also a X-lite softphone in my travel laptop, but only a Sipura in the office is always turn on. Do you think this can cause some conflit to recognize the line number in another device? many thanks for help erick manuh |

| For BroadVoice you will need to set Outbound Proxy server in your DVG. You can then set it to any of their proxy servers (like proxy.dca.broadvoice.com) and see if you can Register. And, yes, your Authentication Username is your ten digit primary BV phone number (without 1 in front). As for your other question - please read through previous postings to familiarize yourself with this technology and with the BroadVoice environment. It is very well documented in the BroadVoice forum here that you may not ever Register more than one device simultaneously with BroadVoice. Their SIP server will suspend your account and you may have to call Customer service to get service restored.
