| Ok Ok, thats one hell of a lecture for information, i'll go through bit by bit, Im based in the UK in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, there is no VAT to pay on these items as they are now a private sale through myself and not being sold through the company, the weight per item is aproxamatley 0.8Kg per unit, the power adapters are European with the 2 circular pins, i do have converters for these to make them a UK style plug and a USA style plug and they accept voltages from 100- 230volts, The firmware installed is version 1.0.6.7 which has been auto updated by the units via the grandstream Tftp server on first bootup, all the units have been setup using a free sipgate account and making a free uk telephone call, Warranty i will give 28 days per unit which should be enough time to test them for yourself, if anything goes wrong, i'll give you your money back, all the units are in there own retail style of packaging box, these are then loaded up in 2 boxes of 20 and 1 box of 16 (part used box), Shipping charges i will pay, the actual cost for sending one of these units equals to about |
