Default N95 not connecting incoming calls

Hi
I have a little problem with N95-2 VoIP client.
I have latest firmware 15.0.015 and the client connects to a Sipgate account with no problem and audio is excellent.

However..

I have a regional number allocated to the account, which can be dialled over PSTN. When the caller allows CallerID to be transmitted, the call has no trouble. When the caller withholds callerID, the handset never rings, and they hear a tone and a message telling them that "The other person has hung up".
This is becoming a real problem for my clients or support people as it just sound as if I'm hanging up on them, whereas in reality the call never arrives.
I have checked the router for whether the call can get through - those with caller ID have no trouble. It just appears that anything from anonymous@sipgate.co.uk is ditched.

Does ayone else have this experience or suggestions what to look for?

Thanks.

Default Re: N95 not connecting incoming calls

Problem solved.
It would have been a case of "Read the Manual", but it wasn't mentioned in the manual.
There is a setting in the call barring options for internet calls which prevent anonymous incoming calls if enabled.

Happy bunny now.
