| It is very difficult to understand WHY they treat US (Customers) like that . . . . They realy DO NOT CARE . . . . But they keep doing a LOT of publicity, propaganda and merchandise here at Voxilla. SPA-900 / SPA-400 = If they need so much improvements to be done . . . . WHY Linksys are so SLOW? ######################################### Someone said this, long time ago: 1 = . . . . Try bugging Linksys a bit more.. they are really good at ignoring their paying customers. 2 = . . . . So at this point I'm just giving up on it. I won't be purchasing any SPA products until I find out that Linksys has addressed the following issues: (October 7th, 2006) 3 = Hi Eric , I think SPA400 needs urgently a new soft release that allows pstn line configuration separately, to adapt different pstn parameters . . . . (November 27th, 2006) 4 = . . . . That and Linksys as a company is the most customer unfriendly company that I have had the displeasure to experience. (April 21st, 2007) 5 = . . . . Linksys, be warned. You have some very unhappy people out there. (December 9th, 2006) 6 = . . . . I would not apply ANY of these firmware upgrades, especially in a currently working and functioning business. Too many bugs. This firmware update obviously was not tested too rigorously. 7 = . . . . The things I have asked for have not been outrageous things. They are pretty much the same thing that you, humba3 and others have been asking Linksys to address. 8 = . . . . I'm not sure why this company does not treat their customers more seriously. 9 = AND many, many, others ######################################### Can somebody do something, help us, we are being ignored here, at Voxilla. I do not think I'm the only one FRUSTRATED here. When are the NEW, interesting, "relevant" Upgrade's are going to come out . . . . . WE are getting Tired of waiting. This is realy ridiculous, everybody is still complaing, and nothing is being done. Can somebody help me, here, to get their ATTENTION, Thank's in advanced, Felipe Last edited by felipebrasil : May 25th, 2007 at 09:43 AM. |

| Save yourself a lot of grief, Linksys doesn't care! Do you have an old pentium machine gathering dust with at least 40mb of disk space and 512k ram? Then go to trixbox, an Asterisk-based PBX Phone System (formerly Asterisk@Home) | trixbox and download the asterisk server software for FREE!!! You will have a complete IP PBX with VM, HUD, vmail to email, etc. for the cost of using a machine you probably already own and there are lots of people to help you but it is so simple a finance guy like me put the entire thing together within one hour. F*&^K Linksys, and get a real PBX now. I say this because I have been where you are now. I just need to get rid of my SPA9000 piece of crap before everybody else figures out about this worthless company. My two cents, Allen |
