Default VOIP Phones - DIVERT To MOBILE DOESN'T WORK

Using Linksys SPA941 in our network set up. When we go to do the call divert to a mobile, the mobile will ring BUT there is absolutely no sound on either end. Caller can't hear me and I can't hear caller, it is absolutely dead.
Is there anyway to get this function working ? I have had two VoIP specialist look into this little problems and neither of them could figure it out.
If you need more information from me I will provide what you ask with the hope that we can get this function working.

Hope some genius is out there ...

Default Re: VOIP Phones - DIVERT To MOBILE DOESN'T WORK

Is this using an SPA400 or an IPTSP? If it's the latter, it's a matter of your IPTSP supporting transfers properly.. I have tested about a dozen providers and at least half of them don't handle external transfers properly.

  • The configuration of every device involved
  • SIP protocol traces
