 Voicemail only extensions spa400 I'm setting up an SPA9000 with an ITSP on line1, and an SPA400 on line2 only handling voicemail. On device-based extensions, the voicemail works good. I'm trying to set up voicemail-only extensions for people who have remote offices but need in-house voicemail. I have the voicemail users set up on the spa400, and can press * and enter the mailbox# for these standalone voicemail accounts to manage. I CANNOT dial the voicemail only extension from the auto attendant nor from a phone on the system. My aa plan includes the following for each vm extension (different extension number for each) - <106:vm2106>, however it still doesn't help me, and obviously won't help the phones in the office to dial a voicemail only extension. Help?      |
