Question Voicemail not recording

Hi
I've been having some difficulty with the voicemail system.
AA answers the call and I can get a transfer to the VM system.

Messages are recorded if an internal extension calls.
Messages are recorded for external incoming calls through the SPA400.
However no message is recorded for external incoming calls on the SIP line.
ITSP is Sipgate and I've checked forwarding RTP ports and STUN is enabled. I've trawled this and other forums, but not found anything that I haven't already tried.

Any suggestions, please

Have you checked that ForceMediaProxy is enabled on the SIP tab of the SPA9K?

I have, and the SPA400 link works OK.
I also have the CFWD and XFER bridges set to all.

***Update****
An hour out spent at the gym helps clear the mind.
The VMSP bridge on all three configured lines was set to all+self.
I've left the SPA400 set to that and set the Sipgate one to none. Messages are now recorded OK. It is repeatable as when is set it back of all+self, it wouldn't let the audio through. It also works when set to all.

I obviously misunderstood the admin manual, but at least I'm happy now.
