| hi, just started using the spa9000 with 4 spa941 line 1 on the spa941's are connected to the spa9000 and line 4 is connected directly to the itsp. All my voicemail goes to my itsp. To access voicemail i have to dial *99 I have added *xx. to all the phones ext 4 dial plan is (*xx.|<9:>*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.) i've programmed the voicemail button with *99 my first question is everytime i reboot the spa9000, the voicemail buttons on all the phones are reset to vmm, how do i stop that happening. Second problem is i have added 9,*99 and <9,:>*xx to my spa9000 dial plan and <9,:>*xx on line 1 contact list in the spa9000. Also added <9,:>*xx to ext1 on the the spa941 but i cannot get *99 to work through the pbx whan i select line 1 and press 9 *99, i just get a beeping sound with call ended on the display. how do i fix it? what should my dialplan and contact list look like thank you sanj p.s is there a standard U.K dial plan for the spa9000 that allows all number including emergency Last edited by sanjshimadry : February 16th, 2008 at 12:38 PM. |
