| Hi. Bare with me - started playing with my new SPA9000 and SPA942 a couple of days ago... I have a VOIP SIP account configured on line 1. If I dial in, the 942 rings and I can answer the call. I then hang up, ending the call and re-dial the VOIP number again. On about the fourth or fifth call, all incoming calls route to the aa instead. I'm not "holding" the calls on the 942. In each call, the first line presentation flashes on the incoming call. At first I thought the problem was with the provider, draytel - the message "the user is unavailable" sounds the same as their message but when incoming calls are not working, unplugging the 9000 causes further incoming calls to timeout. Rebooting the SPA9000 fixes the issue for the next 4 or 5 calls. If anyone could advise me how to enable diagnostic SIP logging on the 9000, that'd be a good start... Expect more problems, an SPA400 and SPA3102 arrive today. |

| Are the old calls still in the system (visible in the status screen)? Do you get to the aa of your SPA9k or an autoattendant by your IPTSP? What are the phones configured like.. is there at most one call per phone with an overflow to aa? In the end the easiest would be if you saved the phone and pbx config and the status screen at the moment where things go wrong and post them here.
