Default SPA942 Shared Lines

Has anyone gotten shared line appearance to work on more than 4 phones?

It seems to work flawlessly for us untill the 5th phone registers then SLA stops working for one of the phones (random).

Linksys said they have only tested SLA on 4 phones at a time and they will try it on 5 phones in the lab and get back with us..

SPA9000
SPA400
SPA942

Thanks.

UPDATE:

It stops working no matter how many phones, as little as 2 phones even.

Is there some type of NAT setting I need? Linksys has really been no help at all...

Default Re: SPA942 Shared Lines

Are all the lines properly registered (in the SPA9000's status screen)? And what happens if a call comes to a shared line? Could you provide some traces as well as the configuration of one phone and indicate how the config of other phones differ?
Also, is this all done on a single subnet?
