| I now have a problem whereby if I use AA, when the call in transferred withe to a shared extension / or directly to an extension on an SPA941 the person that has called in and navigated AA can be heard, but can not hear what I am saying. It is fine on a phone plugged into the FXS Port, so I guess it must be the config of NAT / something like that on the SPA941? The SPA9000 is in DMZ, The Phones / SPA400 and lan interface of SPA9000 are all on a completely seperate network, and subnet. |

| So you're using the SPA9k as a router? Do calls come in via IP or PSTN?

| Hi Humba The SPA9K is working as a router, has a WAN interface of 192.168.10.15/24 attached to the DMZ, and a LAN interface of 192.168,10.15/24 with the SPA 400, and phones on the same subnet. (WAN and LAN networks are seperated on switch using untagged VLAN) The calls are coming in via SIP accounts, I assume that is what you mean by IP?? The confusing thing is that the same SIP account if not routed by AA and the line pointing directly at the SPA941 is fine, and also AA routed calls work fine on a phone on the FXS ports of the SPA9k Last edited by jamesnewbery : November 14th, 2007 at 10:16 AM. |
