Default SPA9000, XFER Call Transfer, PSTN and Suicide (Mine)

Hi all,
new to this forum and to Linksys VoIP technology, however I have a strong experience in IT design and a good one in deplying Cisco based Call Managers, so newbie, but not a newbie.
Las month, me and a friend, decided to get into business and build our little systems integreation company, after leaving our employment and with a bit of sacrifice.
Time to stop with boring things, we have the opportunity to deploy a low-cost VoIP to OUR FIRST customer and made a great investement, (for our pockets ), choosing Linksys hardware, after our satisfacting experience on Cisco.
At this time, we deployed all the platform composed by:

1 - SPA9000 with 16 users upgrade - FW v5.1.9
3 - SPA400 for 10 PSTN lines - FW v1.0.0.f
16 - SPA922 IP Phones - v5.2.2a
and Auto-Attendant, Voicemail, Hunt Groups, CUstomized Dial Plans and so on...

and... ALL WORKS FINE !!! AMAZING !!! Great Product !!!

Except:
when we place or receive a call to or from a a PSTN line, attached at the SPA400, all continue to going well and all works, till the extension who dialed or received the call will transfer (XFER) to another and extension and at that point, after the called pick up the phone, there is

JUST ONE WAY AUDIO !!!

Better, you can hear the caller/receiver form the PSTN but you, after receiving the transfer, are unable to speak, no voice from the SPA922 phone.
I want just to remark again that this happen just from PSTN line, beetween internal all is going well...

We are in trouble with this customer that gave us 48 hours to solve the problem and after we have to pick up our hardware, lost 3 working days on cabling and setup and no money for living next month !
If anyone can help, will have a friend in Rome...
Regards,
Davide

I can say for certainty that this is the case, but it seems to me like it's a software bug with the .f firmware. Have you try downgrading to the 1.0.0.c version which is the next to latest version for the SPA400s? I'm using that version on two SPA9K systems that I installed.

Hello Davide,
most probably the problem is inside the SPA942 firmware. Try to follow my discussion about that on Linksys forum. Rollback to 5.1.18 on all the phone ad let me know. I'll be in Roma next monday, so you have to pay a coffè...

Also, you need to have both the SPA400 and the SPA9000 on the same network. It seems like you have it that way already, but just wanted to make sure.

Hello guys, thanks for your attention !
Bahamas, why do you believe the problem is in the SPA400 firmware and not in SPA9000 ? The PSTN gateway seems to handle successfully all...
And of course they are in the same network, I have to remark that the strange things is that one way audio happen just after the XFER...

Massimo, do you mean to try to rollback the software version on the SPA922 phones ?
Let me know when you'll be in Rome, no problem for the coffee, but you have to eran it !
