Default SPA9000 + VPN + SJphone

We have the following setup:

DSL VOICE - ROUTER (Bridge mode) - SPA9000 WAN - SPA9000 LAN - SWITCH - CISCO PIX 506 - DSL DATA

For voice there is a separate DSL line with a router in bridge mode connected to the WAN port of the SPA9000. On the LAN side of the SPA9000 i have set a static ip of 192.168.1.3 where the phones register. The phones get from a windows server DHCP in 192.168.1.X with a default gateway of 192.168.1.1 witch is the PIX 506 connected to de dsl data. On the PIX506 the VPN clients are terminated in 192.168.2.X. When cliënts are connected they cannot find the SPA9000 because the default gateway is not 192.168.1.1. How can i resolve this issue?
