Arrow SPA9000 and SPA400 registration

Hi,

Having an issue where I am getting the message “SIP registration status: Not configured” on the Status screen of the SPA400.

I have a SPA9000 with Line 1 configured from my ITSP. They do not provide me voicemail services so I have a SPA400 that I am trying to configure. I have configured the Line 2 on the SPA9000 for voicemail and have added the proxy address, the user id, and the subscribe, deposit and manage URL’s for the SPA400’s to coincide with the SPA400 address.

Any ideas on what I am missing?

You didn't by any chance put the SPA9000's IP and port in the SPA400 config, did you? It has to be discovered automatically or it'll never work (if you searched this forum, the issue has come up multiple times in the past). Also make sure you boot both devices after configuration.
