Default SPA9000/SPA400 random mailbox mix-up

Hello there guys !

After months of debugging, we have finally got our SPA9000 / SPA400 systems to work fine, some minor glitches now and then but in overall, it's worth keeping

We now face a new very starnge problem related to SPA9000 / SPA400 and multiples SPA942 client stations ( all assigned to a specific mailbox on the SPA400 ).

Here it goes :
When receptionnist forwards an external caller to a specific extension such as 103, the voicemail picks up fine but on random times, it will save the recorded message in the wrong mailbox.

Please note I am not sure ( reports based on client's feedbacks ) if the actual correct mailbox picks up the call but I know the forward has been correctly sent to the right extension. I double checked mailbox and all settings and everything seems in order. Also, this only happens once in a while but it is very annoying.

Humba, I am sure you know where I could look next !

Thx guys, long live voxilla !

Still getting this weird problem, it is mostly happening when transferring calls from a SPA962 ( with SPA932 ) receptionnist phone, we have over 10 installations of this system and this one is the only one giving us these mix-ups !

ANYONE ??
Humba, please be my savior one last time... LoL !

Thx in advance !
