| A few things 1) Is everything set up according to the SPA400 admin guide, and is the registration status in order on both devices (in the line tab of the spa9k, and the status menu on the spa400)? 2) Post phone DP, SPA9k line DP (line X) and call routing rules (SIP tab)

| You didn't post the SPA9000 interface settings from the SPA400, so I'm hazarding a few guesses here. 1 Check the userID is exactly the same as the userID on the SPA9000 line tab 2 Set the SPA400 to discover the SPA9000 automatically 3 Set signalling port to 5060 4 Set RTP port to 10000 5 Make sure both units are on the same subnet. 6 Save changes 7 Reboot the SPA400 by cycling the power. 8 Reboot the SPA9000 by cycling the power - wait 30 seconds after cycling the SPA400 before doing this. There are some later firmware updates available for the SPA400 - release 1.0.0.f (or 15) and, if you are not in the UK 1.0.1.1 may be suitable. Give it a go on the current version first.
