Hi all, I am responsible for a LVS9000 system in my small office. We currently have a SPA9000 (5.1.1), 2 SPA400 (1.0.0.6) and 8 SPA942's (5.1.4). Everything works for the most part, however registration between the SPA9000 and SPA400's has been failing at least once per day. The SPA400's will report an error or "not registered" on their status page, but the SPA9000 still thinks it is registered in the voice info screen. Rebooting the system gets the office back up, but it is really frustrating my coworkers and I. I've been working with Linksys support, but haven't been getting anywhere. I posted my SPA9000 config here and started logging the unit to a syslog server if that info would be helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brian

I've been doing a lot of testing and I believe I have a solution. Can you try these values inorder to help with the SPA400 registration issues. SPA9000 On the line that goes to the SPA400 Proxy and Registration section Registers Expires: change from 3600 to 30 Mailbox Subscribe Expires: change from 2147483647 to 30 This will help keep the 9000 and 400 insysnc. There is a timing issue where 1 side is registered and the other side times out. This change has worked good for me but it is not an official change. Further testing is being conducted.

Brian, Please try the changes requested. The timer changes have been approved by Linksys Engineering on Friday and formal notification of Linksys TAC is being updated.
