Hi there,

Does anybody encounter problem forwarding voice messages to the SPA400 with external VOIP calls or calls from the FXS port of the SPA9000?

Setup:

modem --Switch--(SPA9000, SPA941, SPA942, SPA922, SPA400).

This is just an initial setup. Used the setup wizard to configure the SPA400 with the SPA9000. All device have the latest firmware and done a reset and reconfiguration already. VM is accessible when the envelope button is pressed on the IP phones.

Any help is gladly appreciated.

Phone MD, Can you post your SPA9000 voice page here? (you can blank out the account details). Specifically what line is the ITSP configured on and what line is the SPA400 configured on? Also what device is providing DHCP to the phones, & SP400? 1 config point, the SPA400 must be installed on the WAN side of the SPA9000 (the SPA9000 registers to it just like the other ITSP). Thanks
