Question SPA9000 and SPA400 Call Answer

I have a SPA9000 and SPA400. The SPA9000 is set to take calls coming in from Line 1 and put them to the aa.

However, after a couple of days, the SPA400 answers the phone, produces a beep, and then hangs up. I have tried to do a software reboot of the SPA400 with no success. The SPA9000 and SPA400 both show as being "registered".

To resolve this issue, I have to restart the SPA400 first, and then the SPA9000. Its also as if the registration gets "lost".

Anyone have any ideas?

P.S. Firmware for SPA9000 is 3.3.6 and SPA400 is 1.0.0.5

Here is something from the log when the call comes in. Not sure if this helps....
56352- TIU 5 TIU: 0, reporting loop current up
0- TIU 5 TIU: 0, loop deny = 0

As an additional note:
I rebooted the SPA400 by power cycling the unit. After it came up, I restarted the SPA9000. This has corrected the problem, however, the SPA9000 was showing a lot of traffic even when the SPA400 was off. After restarting the traffic LED went back to normal...
