| The voice mail works perfectly as long as I am calling it from another extension on the SPA900. If an outside call comes in and it forwards to VM, the caller never hears the greating, beeps or anything. According to the SPA400 log, it thinks the caller hung up. When this happens, the SPA942 phone is notified of a message. When you play the message, there is nothing there. Call the phone from another extension, VM works perfectly. Just calls from the outside world. Also, I do not have any PTSN line connected to the SPA400 Last edited by Itjoshg : March 16th, 2008 at 09:46 PM. |

| Check the following: VMSP Bridge = All for the active lines, but with the SPA400 line set it to = all+self Also I set CRWD and XFER bridges both set to all. Sometimes force media proxy is needed for some ITSPs, so set it to Yes (sip tab)

| Were you able to make outgoing calls before? I note you said you were not using PSTN so the firmware of the SPA400 is not likely to be the issue here. Check that the lines are registering with the ITSP correctly

| I was able before, I'm not using a pstn line from the spa400. I think it might have something to do with the bridges, how should the line 1 bridges (voip line) be set and line 2 (spa400) be set. |
