Unhappy SPA9000 phones seem to lose connection

Hi,

Every so often I seem to lose connection with the SPA9000 from the phones (SPA922 and 942). I get a signal similar to a fast busy but not quite the same. I just have to reboot the phones and all goes well for a day or two.

** The SPA9000 sits behind a router and is NAT'd. I have a dynamic IP from my ISP.

Any ideas?

Default Re: SPA9000 phones seem to lose connection

Todd,
What versions of the firmware are you on? SPA9000 and the phone versions. Also when you receive the fast busy from the phone is it still registered to the 9000? (extension buttons still green?)

1 more point, are all of the units plugged into a switch or hub? Check for errors on the switch ports. see if the duplex or speed is incorrect.
