Default SPA9000 incoming calls issues

Hi all:
Currently, i got SPA9000 IP PBX with SPA400 PSTN gateway and 3 SPA941 IP phones at home. Two lines registered on SPA9000, one is VoIP and another one is PSTN through SPA400. The problem is if there are two incoming calls go to same extension, the first call always be one-way audio and it sometimes automatically reboot. I already set Cfwd busy to voicemail, but it does not work correctly. However, i tested this internally, it is working fine. Anyone has the same issue or can help me to figure it out?

Thanks a lot

Alex

ok, alternatively, anyone know where i need to look into to configure SPA941 can handle 2 incoming calls at the same time. Whatever second one is forwarding to voicemail or first one put on hold. I tried both, but the first call always be one way audio, caller can not hear anything and receiver is fine.
Thanks a lot, anyone can give me a hand or any tips?

Let me get this straight:

You get a call to your phone (via PSTN or SIP or does it not matter?) , pick it up and talk with the guy. So far everything is okay. Then a second call comes in (via SIP line on the SPA9000 or via PSTN line on the SPA400?), and is presented on your phone. Now, all of a sudden, the outgoing voice stream from your phone to the caller no longer gets through.. the caller cannot hear you but you can hear him.
Is this a correct description of the problem?

I am new to this site and I enjoy reading the information posted in this forum.

I am experiencing the same problem as posted earlier by "cooky" in this thread.

I basically have a similar set-up with SPA9000 + SPA400 + SPA942 using only PSTN. I can make internal calls perfectly fine and call out using the SPA942 via SPA400 PSTN line. However, incoming calls coming in from PSTN to SPA400 have only one-way audio. I can hear the caller but the caller cannot hear anything. As well, when calls are made using the FXS ports via SPA400 PSTN lines, I can hear the caller and the caller cannot hear me.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
