Default SPA9000 - Help Setting Up Auto Attendant

Hi

I have just setup the SPA9000 and all seems to be working ok. However I have just been asked if it is possible to have the Auto Attendant answer incoming calls play the company greeting and then place the caller on hold automatically and then start calling a hunt group.

This is how our current PABX System handles calls. I read the manual from front to back but cant see if this type of function is avalible.

Thanks
David

You should be able to setup the line to go to the aa, and after 20 seconds forward to the hunt group, but you wouldn't get onhold music. I'll test this on mine and see if this will work or not.

We were going to do something similar for one of our fax lines...basically after 10 seconds if you don't do anything the call gets forwards to the internal fax machine.

Greatly appreciated. If it works would you be able to give me an example of the AA script as I've been playing around but just can't get my head around some of the script commands.

Kind regards
David
