Default SPA9000+AZTECH IP150

Hi, I am new in VoIP phone setting. Sorry for asking some silly question.

I have setup a SPA9000 system, with one SPA941 and two Aztech IP150 phone. All phone can dial out to PSTN, but when someone call in, just only SPA941 ringing. And also I cannot dial to any IP 150 internally even using SPA941.

Am I config something wrong in SPA 9000, or wrong conifg with IP 150?????

Is your contact list correct (does it contain the number of all the phones you want to ring)? Are the phones all properly registered with the SPA9000?

Last but not least, if the answer to both of the above is yes, you'd need to make sip traces to see what is going on and post them here.

  • SIP protocol traces
