Default SPA9000 Auto Attendant Problem

(1) SPA9000 - firmware 5.1.6a
(3) SPA942 - firmware 5.1.5

Everything is working properly except for the auto attendant. Inbound and outbound calls are working fine. When I enable the auto attendant, I receive the main greeting. No matter what extension I enter, it does not transfer the call. It just keeps repeating the main greeting. Any help would be appreciated.
Jim

Default Re: SPA9000 Auto Attendant Problem

You really need to provide more info... which directions are the calls going to? Are you calling aa from the SPA942 phone does the call come in via one of the 4 SIP Lines on the SPA9000? If the latter is the case, can you call aa from the phone and does it work? If so, we have a DTMF transmission problem on our hands and you have to play with the DTMF settings. E.g. inband transmission over a compressed (G.729 or worse) link is very likely to fail.. inband over a G.711 with noticeable packet loss as well.
I think a debug log should also show us the DTMF tones as they are recognized by the system.
