Exclamation SPA9000 with 2 SPA400 and needing to transfer DIRECTLY to VM

Hello Guys,
Can I please have my "Bas my head till its bloody cauz of these phones" membership card now?
Heres MY issue(we all have issues, it seems).
I have a simple 7 extension setup. We are needing to be able to transfer a caller DIRECTLY to voicemail if the person they are trying to contact is on the line. I called Linksys and they gave me the script:
101:cfwd=vm2201
Now, 101 is the "virtual" extension. Line 2 is where the SPA400 is paired and 201 is the physical extension.
Heres the test I went through:
I called my personal cell from extension 201. I pick up and leave both off the hook. I then call the company on my work cell phone. I pick up at the reception desk(SPA962 with SPA932 attached). I hit forward, dial 101, and SUPPOSEDLY when i hit forward again, it should connect me to the VM. HOWEVER.... It just hangs up on my work cell(which is mocking a customer). BAD NEWS. Now, I can hear the virtual voice mail on the SPA962 BEFORE hitting transfer again. But once I hit it, the customer gets disconnected.... What am I missing? Except lots of used minutes on my personal cell?
Thanks in advance guys!

Jon

Shouldn't the transfer to the desired recipient get you to voicemail if you disable call waiting on the recipient phone? At least if you configure cfwd busy to be the voicmail number (vm if I'm not mistaken).

And the whole transfer thingie might require forced media proxy / vmsp /xfer /cfwd bridge.
