Default SPA900 + SPA400+Inphonex.com

I am currently using an SPA900 PBX with line 1 configured to use inphonex.com sip service. I have an SPA400 that I am using only as a voicemail server. No PSTN or POTS other than hanging an analog phone off line 1 on the SPA9000 for config purposes.

I can configure the voicemail server with no problems and properly populate the SPA9000 with the required settings. Voicemail works fin internally with SPA941 phones dialing extension to extenstion, if the call goes unaswered at the dialed extension the voicemail server does its job.

My problem is this, I configure the auto attendant feature of the PBX and when a caller calls in they can transfer to the extension they choose but if the call goes unanswered the call is ended and not transferred to voicemail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the vmsp bridge (and while you're at it you might wanna activate the other two bridge options as well) active on the line that connects to the SPA400?

Thanks for the post, I have this now worked out, it was a matter of configuring line 2 on the SPA9000 to talk to the SPA400
