Anyone have problems with the Linksys USB stick not being recognized by the SPA400? We have reinstalled the correct files onto the stick, turned off the SPA400, powered it back on, and still nothing.

When accessing the web interface of the SPA400 it says "error" and "unmount". It is registered.

Any help or advice is GREATLY appreciated.

I had the same problem when I tried to convert one from the old voice file types to the new ones. I cleared out all of the files on the stick (deleted them all) and then installed the ones that were provided on the support web site. I got the same status you saw.
It seems the files provided by the Linksys site are not enough. I had to copy all of the files from another stick that I had laying around before it would work. I noticed that the files and folders provide by the download were missing several that my working stick had; I also turned on syslog on teh SPA400 and saw some messages pertaining to missing files and folders.
