Hi, I have a situation here with my SPA400 which i wasn't able to find any solution around. The problem is: I have changed the firmware for my SPA400 and after it finished successfully it just stuck. Waited for 10 minutes but still no change. All Power and Line LED's just got frozen and i couldn't access it, not on default IP, nor DHCP. Ok, so i did manual factory reset and here what i got: Power LED up Status LED down Ethernet LED blinks at regular intervals of about 4-5 seconds All 4 line LED's blinks at regular intervals of about 4-5 seconds I still cannot access SPA nor it sends any packets out of the network. Please advise and thanks

As the firmware update needs a known IP address to connect, obviously you need to find that address. Can you do a network trace using something like Wireshark and try to see whether the device is sending out messages, which should also attach the ip address. Then you have a chance of linking to it and reflashing the firmware. Meanwhile it's worth asking Linksys business support for help. I've found them OK but a bit blinkered. Pete

it's not the IP address the device is stopping at the bootloader. I've tried to upload the original firmware with TI Remote Application but it's the same. Maybe i need some recovery version of the firmware because as i can see in "version_id" file in the GPL code there is a line that specifies a name for a recovery image, but the GPL code is not documented and I'm not getting that image. Regards
