Default SPA400 AA Question

I have three lines connecting to my SPA400. 2141, 2142, 2143. They are setup at the PSTN to go to the next number if a line is busy. For example, if 2141 is busy it will roll to the next number and so forth.
By the way, 2141 is the main published number.

My problem is that if the 2141 number is open, the caller will transfer to the AA. If we're already on a call, and someone dials 2141, I can hear it ringing but the AA never picks up. We want it to pickup on any line that's ringing on the SPA400.

I appreciate your assistance.

I assume you are connecting through a SPA9000.
Check that the line attached to the SPA400 allows multiple calls.

Do you happen to know what field in the line section of the SPA9000 does that?
I looked in there but couldn't find where to tell it to allow multiple calls.

Check "Subscriber Information", "Call Capacity"
By setting a lower limit enables the quality to be managed more effectively. You would require at least 3 for the PSTN lines plus some additional for voicemail.
