Default SPA 400 Disconnect tone for Greece.

Hi all

I'll need some help with the disconnect tone settings in SPA400.
I live in Greece, and i know that the disconnect tone used here is:
425@-19,425@-19;4(.2/.2/1+2) expressed on linksys format.

How can i translate the string above to fill the nesesery fields in SPA400?
Like: High & Low cutoff, tone detection time on/off, repeat count, and tone on fraction%.

Especially the "tone on fraction" part really puzzles me..

Thank you.

Taking a bit of an educated guess here, based on my own settings:

Tone on fraction = 45%
High cut off = 485
Low cut off = 465
First tone on = 200
First tone off = 200
Repeat count = 4

For comparison, the UK disconnect tone is:
400@-30,400@-30; 2(3/0/1+2)
for which I have configured in the SPA400:
Tone on = 44%
High cut off = 460
Low cut off = 340
First tone on = 2000
First tone off = 50
Repeat count = 1

My system works fine on this. Unfortunately I can't find the document which guides you on this at present.

Hi. I live in Greece (Athens) too. I have the same problem. Are you aware of the hidden SPA400 menu?

http://<spa400_address>/html/hide_cptone.htm

Could this help?

Yes but 1.0.1.3 is very problematic (see appropriate thread). Had to downgrade (and lose all settings) back to 1.0.0.f. So what are the settings you've used in the hidden cptone menu and do they work?

I have 2 of the SPA400 FXO ports connected on the pots ports of netmod.
Untill now i had no luck finding disconnect tone settings that can operate acceptably with the config above.

Just tried these settings and they seem to be working fine detecting the CP tone! Thank you!

These settings seem to work fine for me with firmware 1.0.0.f. Thanks a lot! But there is another issue, probably not related to the cptone detection. Some times (not always) the phones do not ring when receiving a call and a caller ID is displayed! I wonder why...
