| Hello everyone, First of all I'd like to say how grateful I am for this site. It has been an invaluable resource during the learning/testing period prior to install. Thanks. OK, I've got an SPA 9000 and SPA 400 setup at a site with 3 PSTN lines. Station to station working, outbound working and inbound working expect one small issue (funny how all posts include that). The customer has the standard (I'm assuming) step setup for the 3 line. When a call comes in on the main number both line 1 and line 2 rings internally (but not line 3). If the call is answered on line 1 line 2 shows active (from the display on one of the SPA962s) and never goes on hook. Calls inbound to the direct line 2 or line 3 numbers are working fine. I'm assuming there's an issue with the config on the SPA400 and not with the mega PSTN provider although I did have them verify hunt stepping and testing through to the dmarc. The SPA400 and SPA9000 are more or less setup with an "out of the box" config with the setup wizard with the exception of the dialing plan; all calls ring a hunt group on the SPA9000 that include all extensions (4). Because this is off site I can't list firmware versions at this time but did update to latest available from Linksys site about 30 days ago while testing. If needed I can pop over real quick and verify firmware version if possible they play a part, but I'm guessing it's a setting I've missed on the SPA400. I’ve tried to list all pertinent info but let me know if I’ve left some needed info out and I'll update promptly. Thanks |
