 Phones ring after hangup Hi, We have a SPA9000 (5.1.9) + SPA400 (1.0.1.3) +SPA942 phone system set up for the UK. On about half of the calls when I hang up at the end of the call, the phone starts ringing again. When I pick up the line goes dead. This happens on both incoming and outgoing calls and is extremely frustrating. Has anyone come across this problem and managed to fix it? Any other ideas? thanks.      |

| Re: Phones ring after hangup This is now well documented on this forum. Change the 'Ring After' setting to 2 rings. Having done that, you would also benefit by upgraded to 1.0.1.4 |

| Re: Phones ring after hangup Hi, I already tried made this change after reading the forums. The system is already set at 'ring after' = 2 rings (the maximum) and the ringing after hangup is still happening? Are there any changes to signalling settings etc which are known to affect the ringing? I will have to wait until next week before I can upgrade the firmware. thanks. |
