| Hi,I have an SPA400(1.0.0.9), SPA9000 (5.1.7) and SPA491 phones. SPA400 is configured with 4 PSTN lines (the first one is shared with a fax maxine and it provides the ADSL connection as well). Incomming calls are working fine, but when I make external calls from my internal extensions through out of PSTN lines, 1 out of 3 times the call gets cut off. When I make the call, the rings sound fine at the target phone, but when the phone is picked up, the line gets cut. This only happens between 30 to 50% of the times I make a call (For tests purposes, I tried calling the same number each time to be sure there problem was really from SPA400/SPA9000) First I thought it could be a problem with Line 1 connected to the fax machine (and with microfilters because of the ADSL), but when the calls go from Line 2, 3 or 4, the problem is still there. I found an old post with a similar problem in Spain (my lines are also in Spain), but I tried the solution it was mentioned there and it didn't work either. http://forum.voxilla.com/linksys-spa...ems-20279.html (Hang Up Problems) Since, the problem occurs when the target phone is picked up, I thought there could be a problem with the pick-up signal, but I couldn't find out any fix. Any ideas? |
