Hi,

I need assistance to have moh working. Whenever I place a call on hold, I get 3 beeps instead of music being played. I am under the impression that setting of 'imusic' should play music when calls are placed on hold. I also downloaded the internal music using tftp with no change in result.

Could anyone please advice me on what is wrong?

I also came across materials which suggested setting up of MOH server as a sip URL. What are the other settings that I need to perform if i set the moh server as, say, 101@192.168.0.42:5061, where 101 is an extension in spa9000? Can 101 extension be configured to play music from the local players on the desktop?

My current setup has SPA3000 and SPA9000 talking to each other. Most aspects of the integration is working fine, except for moh & music related matters.

I have attached my SPA9000 configuration to give input into my settings.

Would apperciate assistance to have this aspect working as soon as possible.
