Default Linksys SPA400 usb stick - lost files , cannot find them anywhere

Hi to all, i'm new to this forum...
And i'm not used to write in english so... sorry in advance for any mistake..
I've a spa400 in tandem with a spa9000. All is working fine for a while but
problems rose with the usb stick that handle the voicemail - i think is gone, no led blinking, no more folders structure on it.. - and i cannot figure out how can i solve this problem.
I've search for a solution and found a link on linksys forum pointing to a .zip with files and folder structure to recreate the content on a brand new stick but that link is no more available.
How can i solve this? Someone has the files?
Thank you!!
