| I have an spa9000 and spa4000, 6 spa962 phones, and a bit of a headache. All firmware is up to date on all devices I have a small office with 3 incoming pstn lines. Already figured out AA scripting, have everything working but I think it's a little Micky-Mouse. What I would like to do: Phone rings on pstn lines, goes to all 6 phones, on no answer goes to auto attendant, no problem.... Got it! but How should I set up extensions on my phones so that each call comes in on a different line key, cannot be picked up by someone else in the company unless parked or on hold, and everyone can tell who is on the phone at any given time, Possible? Thanks, James |
