| Has anyone setup two different dialplans, right now if you dial 9 you can dial out, i would like to keep that but if you dial 7, would like it to use line 3 (analog line). I have it setup in the spa9000 under line 3 for dial plan (<7:>xx.). but i need somehow to get it when you dial 7 on the phone it will dial out instead of thinking its an internal call. any thoughts? | Call routing consists of 3 elements: The phone DP (on the phone), the call routing rules (SIP tab on the SPA9k) and the line DP (Line X tab on the SPA9k).. just adapting the last of the 3 won't get you there, you also need to adapt the phone DP and the call routing rules. If you post the current status of these elements I'm sure somebody could tell you what you need to replace them with.

| Replacing the 9, with [79], should do the trick. And a note: xx. Means 1 digit or more.. I'm not aware that there are any numbers shorter than 3 digit in the public PSTN.. so the line DP should actually be (<7:>xxxx.) (meaning 3 digits or more) And the call routing rules should be (<:L1>9xxxx.|<:L2>9xxxx.|<:L3>7xxxx.|<:L4>9xxxx.) While it doesn't matter much (you'd get a "this number doesn't exist" from the PSTN), it's still more proper to not even send out a number you know cannot be correct (like dialling 912, which would be sent out as 12 on Line1). Also, I believe in your case a call routing rule (<:L1,2,4>9xxxx.|<:L3>7xxxx.) Would be enough.. you don't need to separate the lines unless you have different trunk seizure prefixes (9 and 7 are your trunk seizure prefixes).
