| You seem to be the second person here dealing with a problem i've not seen mentioned anywhere else. Have you tried performing a factory reset on the phone? Pickup and Park are features you can turn on and off (Phone tab, supplementary services) so perhaps they're turned off on your unit (and I'm assuming here you bought unlocked phones). Then you might want to revisit my earlier post in this thread (Code for Call Park) about how these features work on the Linksys phones. It should explain why things work a certain way and why you cannot use certain softkeys with another PBX. And feature activation codes do nothing other than the soft keys which do nothing other than sending certain types of SIP packets ... so entering *5 for park won't do you any good.. it doesn't change the fact that either entering *5 or pressing the park softkey will send the particular invite I mentioned in my earlier post. If you want to park a call no the quadro, you have to hold the current call, then dial *5 and hang up - there are some phones that allow you to put this functionality on a single programmable key (Snom, Aastra) which makes things easier, but since the linksys phones neither have programmable softkeys, nor line keys that can be used for anything else than act as line keys, I'm afraid with those kinds of phones there's no way other than hold + dial *5 +hang up. Neither is there a way to monitor park positions (another feature the Snom phones can do).
