| Hi All I want to set up some "speed dials" on the spa 9000 so that all users can dial that "extension number" to get to external people. The idea would be 399 dials 07777000000 (an example!) I have tried adding a hunt group to do it; 399:name="MobileEngineer1",07777000000| did not work... I have tried adding <399:07777000000> to the dial plan, again, did not work I have tried adding 399:07777000000 to the dial plan, again, did not work, Has anyone got any ideas of a working solution fro this?? (my guess is that it must be possible, as I am using the same principle in my AA dial plan being just <9:07777000000> - being "dial 9 for emergency out of hours engineer") Thanks in advance |

399:name="MobileEngineer1",202,hunt=ne;1;1,cfwd=07 777000000 You would also have to prefix the cfwd number with the line access code, if you have one. 202 is the valid extension number. In my case I used it to forward to a voicemail box. Pete |

| or just put substitution sequences in the phone dp... you put them on the sip tab on the spa9k and they will be send to the phones. Walford's comments till apply though especially with regards to the outside line prefix.
