| I have the following configuration: SPA9000 SPA400 SPA942 x 2 (set up as extensions 101 and 102) 1 x PSTN line 1 x VoIP line Call routing plan: (<:L1,2,3>9xx.)(<:L4>8xx.) Line 1 (PSTN) dial plan: (<9:>xx.) Line 4 (VoIP) dial plan: (<8:>xx.) Phone dial plan: ([12]xxS0|[089],[3469]11S0|[089],[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|[089],011xx.|[089],xx.|[1-8]xx) I’m trying to automatically transfer a call using the “CFWD All Number” feature on the SPA942. When an external call is received by extension 101, I can forward it to extension 102 without any problems. If I try to forward the call to an outside number, it doesn’t work. This is similar to the problem posted by emunky in January 2007. According to the log from SPA9000, it is a dial plan problem… but how do I fix it? 08-21-2007 08:29:34 Local3.Debug 192.168.2.200 [2]RegOK. | I have tried both ways: - set the call forwarding number on the SPA942 to the PSTN line (therefore 9+number) and call from the ouside on the VoIP line - set the call forwarding number on the SPA942 to the VoIP line (8 + number) and call from the ouside on the PSTN line Thanks.

| Is the media proxy (sip tab) and the CFWD bridge enabled (on both lines)? Also, have you tried coming in and going out via VoIP? Also, could it be that your trace is limited.. I'd expect to see some call routing rule checking before the DP check.

| Force media proxy is set to "yes" on the SIP tab and CFWD Bridge Mode is set to "all" on both lines. I only have one channel on my VoIP line, so I can only have one call at the time on it (either incoming or outgoing). Quote:
Thanks.
