| Pap2Boy: I didn't access the IVR remotely, after successfully turning my brother's SPA into a brick, I called him on his legacy home phone line and asked him to try to reset the Sipura thru the IVR. daMANiack: I accessed the config page directly through the internet, didn't need to use VNC or RDP..IVR is Interactive Voice Response menu that you access through the phone connected to line 1.

| ok well my third SPA9000 has crashed. it happened after setting a static WAN IP. Phone boy, i can't seem to get hold of the SPA recovery tool you mentioned. is that for the 9000 as well? thanks |
