Simply, to backup (using Windows XP/Internet Explorer 6 or 7):
1. Logon to your SPA3102 device
2. Change the view to Admin and Advanced
3. Right-Click anywhere empty in the page and select "View Source". It should show the html code in notepad.
4. Save the file as anyname.htm
This is it, This is your backup. It will save all of your settings.
------------------------

I assume that you need to save TWO files, one for the ROUTER tab and another for the VOICE tab. Haven't tried yet, but seems logical after reviewing source code. Please confirm. Thanks.

I am new to this forum. I'd like to share this information - the forum has been of great help to me in configuring my newly acquired SP3102 devices. I'm using Roboform to save the settings of my SAP3102s. Roboform is a password utility program - RoboForm: Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Generator, Fill & Save Forms, free Cheers!
Thanks for the info, great program works for my SPA3102,
thanks for the tip

Hi DualArrow!

Thanks for the nice work on your program for the SPA3000 and PAP2 devices! I just only joined this forum and must say I'm impressed with the knowledge, sympathy and nice atmosphere of most members!

I was wondering if you would be willing to share your source code for the program? Or if you would like to join efforts to rewrite it a little so that it would become possible to also administer the SPA-3102 and possibly other devices, making it possible to save and upload multiple configurations?
I would love to assist in updating the existing code, or in porting it to Perl or .NET or Java or ...

I don't know if you have any commercial intentions with your program or would like to keep the source private for other reasons, but if you would like to open it up, drop me a line.
Please send a private message and I'll give you my email address.

Kind regards,
Sven

Andrew,

Would it work witk Linksys SPA-3102? My understanding is that the software is the same as the Sipura 3000.

Great, simple, program!
