| Does anybody have any idea abt the Disconnect tone for telecom companies in Hong kong? As per documents avalaiable on web and also analysis of the disconnect-tone by the process described here the string comes out to be 480@-20,620@-20;4(.5/.5/1+2) However, its not detected by SPA 3000 as the disconnect tone. I am sure abt the frequencies and the on & off time but not so sure abt the power parameter and also the cycle time. Any idea as to how these can be calculated from the disconnect tone? |

| Hi I am in South Africa. Firstly, I used audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net), and it works well for analyzing frequencies and duration. It seems that the pattern here is 400Hz for 2.5 sec, followed by silence for 0.5 sec. I set up the tone script as 400@-30,400@-30;4(2.5/0.5/1). I attach two screenshots from audacity. Hope this is of help. Sweni |
