 Toll Free Numbers over Free World Dialup with the SPA 2000
Some users have not been able to dial the toll free numbers with free world dialup (*1800-xxx-xxxx) for this to work the dialplan in the Sipura SPA 2000 has to change. The dialplan can be changed as follows 1) enter the ip address of the SPA in your browser 2) Click on "advanced" at the top right corner of the page 3) Click on the line your FWD is configured to (Line 1 or Line 2) 4) Scroll to the bottom of the page to where it says "Dial Plan" 5) Change the "Dial Plan:" value to "(xxx|xxxx|xxxxx|xxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|*1xxxxxxxxxx|* *1xxxxxxxxxx)" 6) Click on submit all changes and let the box reboot. the toll free numbers should now works with Free World Dialup     |

| Hi i am anew user to voip et al, I followed the above directions and had NO luck. I copied and pasted the string into the Dial Plan . With quotaion marks and without. Any further help greatly appreciated. SPA-2000 updated firmware 1.0.12 FWD account line 1 NAT |
